Charming villa completely renovated. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday in a peaceful place, enjoying the pleasures of the swimming pool and the outdoor life of the Côte d'Azur. While being quiet this villa is located near the major tourist sites in the region:
- Grasse, capital of perfume, 5 Km
- Cannes and its Croisette, 16 km
- Nice Airport, 35 km
A covered terrace communicates with the kitchen. It allows you to take your meals outside, sheltered from the sun with a view of the old village of Cabris.
Its 10X5m swimming pool is secure. It has a 35 m2 wooden terrace ideal for sunbathing.
The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with ice maker, an induction hob, an electric oven,
a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
Hot water is produced by a solar water heater.
On the ground floor, one bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed.
The bathroom is fitted with a double sink vanity unit and an Italian shower. The suspended WC is independent.
Upstairs is the master suite with its bathroom: single sink cabinet, walk-in shower and WC. The French window opens onto a roof terrace.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely villa set in a quiet street in Peymeinade. A great base to explore some beautiful villages nearby and only a short drive away from the larger cities of Nice and Cannes. The house was perfect for us with a lovely sized pool and modern & clean interior. We will definitely be back to the French Riveira and would highly recommend this lovely villla to stay. Summary: Great house newly renovated. Everything in very fine condition, clean and comfortable with aircondition in all rooms. Huge swimming pool, more than 2 meters deep. Carrefour nearby.

Summary: Property is a great size, very clean and well stocked in terms of crockery, glasses etc. good location for Nice, Monaco, Antibes. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at Valerie's house. The house was exactly as described, and the pool and gardens were wonderful. Close to local amenities (a short drive away), and easy to get to local towns such as Grasse, Cannes and Antibes. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Summary: We spent six amazing days in Valérie and Pascal's wonderful house. The house was perfect for our family. The pool is big and has a nice wooden terrace with sunbeds. The house itself is newly renovated and is very well equipped and with air-condition (which is a must in July). There is a beautiful view of the hills from different places in the house and from the pool area. The garden is well kept and the area is quite and near to shopping. The house was completely clean upon arrival. Valérie and Pascal were very helpful and attentive at all times. We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house. Thank you for a great vacation, Valérie and Pascal.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in Valerie's gite. It was exactly like the pictures, well maintained and clean. The pool area gets the sun all day, and has a beautiful view up into the hills. The immediate surroundings are a peaceful residential area, with plenty of good places to buy food nearby. A car is required, but then it's a short drive to everything we needed as well as plenty of day trips. Due to an early flight on our arrival day Valerie was kindly able to allow us to check in early which was much appreciated. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Peymeinade. The accomodation has everything as shown on the site. The owners are very friendly and flexible (they made it possible for us to arrive a little earlier). They thought of everything; even something to ban mosquitoes. The pool was like a paradise: large and surrounded by tranquillity. After a quick and brief tour arround the house we got settled while the owners kept on standby. They prepared our stay perfectly, everything was very clean and they even thought of a welcoming present (a bottle of rosé wine and a snack).

Summary: Our lovely property manager was very attentive and lives next door, making our questions readily answered. She actually drove us around the town, pointing out shopping and restaurants. Pizza is the most popular food in the area, and quite good. The house was lovely and well-appointed. Pool water was a little too cold for me; probably warmer in summer. There was a bottle of rosé, and crackers and tapenade to greet us. All in all a very good exoerience.
